REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT FIRM is Hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk Near Long Beach, CA
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Project Management person to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Review invoices for accuracy and approve all invoices for payment
- Contact vendors regarding discrepancies and answers all vendor inquiries
- Complete vendor statement reconciliations quarterly
- Prepares A/P checks, prints all A/P reports and maintains all A/P files
- Project management support for defined projects
- Coordination with other company team members internal and external
- Help with mail, errands, and other tasks needed for the team operational efficiency
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- AR/AP experience
- Experience working with Real Estate is a PLUS
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months year of Excel and Word experience
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail oriented
- QuickBooks Experience a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.38 - $25.75 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
